Our services are available exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not provide services outside of the UK territory.
2.2 Service Types
We specialise in:
- CarGuard CAN Immobiliser installation and maintenance
- ECU Tuning Services including Stage 1 remaps, DPF off, EGR off, AdBlue off
- Vehicle Security Solutions and related installations
- Mobile Installation Services at customer locations
2.3 Service Nature
All our offerings are complete service packages that include both equipment and professional installation. We do not sell standalone products without installation services.
3. Warranties and Guarantees
3.1 CarGuard CAN Immobiliser
- Standard Warranty: 3 years from installation date
- Extended Warranty: Optional extension to 5 years available
- Coverage: Full warranty on equipment and installation workmanship
3.2 ECU Tuning Services
- Lifetime Warranty on our tuning services
- Coverage: Limited to errors or issues directly caused by our modifications
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover situations where third-party modifications or reversals affect our work
3.3 Warranty Conditions
- Warranty applies only to original purchaser and vehicle
- Unauthorised modifications or tampering void warranty
- Regular maintenance requirements as specified must be followed
- Warranty claims must be reported via warranty@motorcraft.group
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash payments accepted at time of service
- Bank Transfer (BACS) - details provided upon booking
- PayPal payments accepted online
4.2 Payment Policy
- No advance payments or deposits required
- Full payment due upon completion of service
- No hidden fees - all costs disclosed upfront
- VAT included in all quoted prices where applicable
5. Booking and Cancellation
5.1 Service Appointments
- All services are provided at customer’s preferred location
- Appointments must be booked in advance
- Technical assessment may be required before service
5.2 Cancellation Policy
- Customer cancellations: 24 hours notice required
- Weather/emergency cancellations: Rescheduled at no charge
- No-show policy: May result in service charges
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Vehicle Access
- Provide safe, accessible location for service
- Ensure vehicle is clean and accessible for installation
- Provide accurate vehicle information and history
6.2 Legal Compliance
- Ensure all modifications comply with local regulations
- Understand MOT and insurance implications
- Responsible for informing insurance companies of modifications
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Professional Indemnity
We maintain professional indemnity insurance up to £2,000,000 covering our services and installations.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
- We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
- Vehicle insurance and roadworthiness remain customer responsibility
7.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic, or emergency situations.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Tuning Files and Software
- Custom tuning files remain our intellectual property
- Software modifications are licensed, not sold
- Reverse engineering or copying is prohibited
8.2 Installation Methods
- Our installation techniques and procedures are proprietary
- Documentation and manuals remain our property
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection regulations.
